Casting: production of semi-finished products such as tubes, wires and sheets by means of continuous casting furnaces.
Drawing and profiling: to ensure the absence of porosity and impeccable surface hardness.
Assembly: wach component is worked by specialized operators who transform the semi-finished product into a complete piece of jewellery.

The final stage of the work is entrusted to our artisans, who perfect each piece with care and attention to detail. Finishing operations include tumbling and polishing to ensure brilliance, surface treatments, assemblies, all carried out with precision. Setting and engraving operations, performed manually and using the latest-generation laser markings, enrich each jewel with exclusive details.

Before delivery, each item is submitted to rigorous quality controls, including traceability, to guarantee an impeccable outcome. Each stage of the manufacturing process is carefully monitored to ensure that the product meets the highest standards. Finally, each piece is marked with our historic 777VI trademark, a symbol of quality and tradition, which certifies its authenticity and excellence and preserves its value over time.
